1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the zb77 platform at zb77.ws (hereinafter "the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the zb77 Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The zb77 Platform is intended solely for adult players. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of zb77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the zb77 Platform.

zb77 employs automated age and identity verification tools at registration. However, we reserve the right to conduct additional manual verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Players found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the zb77 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform will be truthful and up to date.

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on zb77. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a third party's name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify zb77 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access games.
• Do not create accounts on behalf of another person.
• Ensure your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible.

zb77 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

zb77 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your zb77 wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. zb77 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. zb77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for approved requests; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page.
• zb77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period where zb77 conducts routine security and fraud checks.
• Any funds deposited via USDT TRC20 will be credited at the prevailing PKR exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zb77 offers various promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed on the individual promotion page.

• Only real-money bets count towards wagering requirements, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• zb77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games available on the zb77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is published within the individual game information panel.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20I, and other markets, all bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant market. In-play bets placed after an event's outcome is determined will be voided. zb77 reserves the right to void bets where a clear technical error in the odds or market has occurred.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming a bet.
• In the event of a disputed bet outcome, the Platform's decision is final subject to a formal dispute resolution process.
• zb77 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player or market without prior notice.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zb77 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the below will have their account immediately suspended and all balances held pending investigation:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or identity in any way.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on zb77, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, wagering requirements, or free spin promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to zb77.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds connected to criminal activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an advantage not intended by zb77.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the zb77 Platform — including but not limited to the zb77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zb77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of zb77.

9 Privacy & Data

zb77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and communications about your account and our products. zb77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zb77, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules, bet slip errors, or incorrect bet placement.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

zb77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves risk. zb77 provides the Platform for entertainment purposes only. Players accept that they may lose money wagered on games and sports bets, and zb77 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during legitimate play.

11 Responsible Gaming

zb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

12 Amendments & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
